As part of our TheUniqueGraphics Promise, we offer a 100% guarantee<\/span>\u00a0on all of our printing products as long as you added a digital proof for each art file to your order. Please use the following policies to determine how we handle specific circumstances.<\/p>\n

    Quality of prints<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    If you are not satisfied with the quality of your prints, we will reprint and reship your order at no cost to you. If you are still unsatisfied, we will refund your money. Its that simple. There is only one catch: you must order a digital proof for each print to your order. We will ask that you send in a picture of the prints to info@theuniquegraphics.com<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Damaged shipment<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    If your prints were damaged due to shipping, we will resend the prints to you immediately. We only ask that you email info@theuniquegraphics.com<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0a picture of the damaged package. This is required by UPS at the time we file a claim with them.<\/p>\n

    We also ask that you inform us of damages within 5 business days of receiving your prints.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Delayed \/ Late orders<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    Sometimes, we run into unforeseen delays that may be very inconvenient for you. We try to help customers working with deadlines, but we do not issue refunds for items received or shipped past the estimated ship dates. If your order is delayed, you will be notified by email and have the option to cancel before printing\/shipping occurs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Cancellations<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    Customers who cancel before production takes place will be issued a full refund.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Refunds<\/h2>\n

    In cases of refunds or cancellations, it may take up to 10 business days for a credit to be issued.
